This document represents the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Paninaro Store website.

This document is a mutually binding agreement, which is signed between the User and Paninaro Store. Registered address of Paninaro Store (iden. code: 300381138) is: Georgia, Tbilisi, St.Petersburg str. 12

The Terms and Conditions of using the Paninaro Store Website, together with the amendments made to it and other regulations of Paninaro Store, constitute a single document and should be considered as a single contract signed with the User.

By registering on the Website, the User accepts and acknowledges these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Return and Exchange Rules, and agrees to be bound by them.

If the User does not agree with the content of Paninaro Store legal documents, he may not use the Website, however, Paninaro Store requests the User to provide comments by e-mail.

  • User - A legal entity or an individual who has reached the age of 18 (with legal capacity) who wants to purchase products posted on Paninaro Store;
  • User’s consent - Expressed consent to read this document by the User and process his/her personal data;
  • Third party - Any natural or legal person, public institution;
  • Direct marketing - The direct and immediate delivery of information to the data subject by phone, mail, e-mail, or other electronic means for the formation and maintenance of interest in a natural person and (or) legal entity, goods, idea, service, work, and (or) initiative, as well as image and social issues, for sales and (or) support purposes;

Each order made by the User constitutes a separate purchase agreement, the Parties of which are the authorized User of the Website and Paninaro Store. When placing an order, the subject of purchase, its cost, and place of delivery are generated.


REGISTRATION

To purchase products on Paninaro Store, it is necessary to fill out the registration form with the following data:

  • Name;
  • Address;
  • E-mail;
  • Phone number.

The User confirms and warrants that:

  • The information indicated by him is complete and correct;
  • He is a person of legal capacity who has reached the age of 18;
  • Will not use another person's personal identification information to register on the Paninaro Store Website;
  • Will not use a name that may be humiliating and offensive to any other person;
  • Will not use the Website to spread false information;
  • Will not use the Website to impersonate another company, company employee, or any other person;

Placement of Order and Purchase of Products by the User

After the User has selected the product and placed it in the virtual cart, in the case of a new User, it will be necessary to indicate the following information: e-mail, name, mobile number, and address where he wants to receive the purchase.

To pay for Paninaro Store products, you will be redirected to the payment page. Before making the payment, the User must verify the address and contact information he specified to ensure smooth delivery of the purchased products. In case of incorrect/incomplete address and (or) contact information, the User is responsible for delay in product delivery.

After the payment of the product fee by the User, the right of ownership of the purchased item is fully transferred to the User.


Terms and Conditions of Delivery of Purchased Products

The User declares his consent that the delivery of the products purchased by him will be carried out by FL GROUP LLC (identification code: 405605046.

The Parties to the supply contract are the User and FL GROUP LLC.

In order to provide the courier service, Paninaro Store will provide FL GROUP LLC with the known, personal, confidential information about the User, in particular, the User’s first name, last name, address, and phone number.

Paninaro Store delivers the products purchased by the User to the courier company FL GROUP LLC, which transports the products to the specified address. Paninaro Store's responsibility is fulfilled when the products are handed over to the courier company. Product loss and damage risk is fully transferred to the courier service company.

The User can receive the purchased products both on working and non- working days.

Products purchased by the User from the Paninaro Store Website are delivered in 3 - 5 working days.

Courier service fee is 10 GEL throughout Georgia.


Payment

Payment is made only through cashless payment.

When placing an order, the User is redirected from the Website to the payment page, where he indicates his card data. The settlement request is processed and confirmed by the bank.

Paninaro Store does not have access to the payment page and the bank card data specified by the User.

If the settlement is successfully completed, a message containing relevant information appears on the screen.

After completing the payment, the User will receive a confirmation of the successful completion of the order in the e-mail he indicated.


Marketing

Based on the User’s interests, through direct marketing, Paninaro Store can use the User’s personal information to provide advertising materials and services that are interesting to the User and to improve the quality of products and services. In particular, in case of the User’s consent, name postal address/phone number, and E-mail.


Copyright

Any text, graphics, and animated images posted on the Website belong exclusively to Paninaro Store.

Paninaro Store respects the copyrights of others and encourages Users to protect Paninaro Store copyrights. If the User is a copyright owner and believes that the object of his copyright protection has been placed on Paninaro Store in violation of the law in any way the User should contact Paninaro Store by e-mail and indicate the copyright violation at the destination.


Term and Termination

These Terms and Conditions shall be effective upon acceptance by the User and shall remain in effect until the User’s account is cancelled.

The validity of this document can be terminated in the cases provided for by the legislation of Georgia and (or) this rule, as well as at the initiative of the User at any time, after the full payment of any debt (if any) to Paninaro Store at the time of termination.


Third Party

Paninaro Store disclaims all responsibility regarding other Websites that may be placed as an external link on the Paninaro Store Website. The other Website’s content, terms and conditions, and privacy policies may differ from this Policy. Accordingly, Paninaro Store invites you to familiarize yourself with the terms of use and Privacy Policy of the Website indicated as an external link.


Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution Procedure

These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Georgia.

The Parties agree that in the event of a dispute, they will try to resolve the disagreement through negotiation. In case of the impossibility of successful completion of the negotiations, the Parties have the right to apply to the Tbilisi City Court.

The invalidity of any part of these Terms and Conditions shall not affect the invalidity of any other part.


Changes and Additions

Paninaro Store reserves the right to make changes and (or) additions to this document at any time, unilaterally, by publishing it on the same Website without further additional consent of the User. After making the changes/additions, Paninaro Store considers the User’s continued use of the Website as the User’s consent.
